Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support projects.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for learning and training processes.
  • •Configure and maintain LMS components such as learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, learning paths, classes/schedules, user groups, and security roles.
  • •Support technical needs including LMS workflows/notifications, SSO/authentication, integrations with Employee Central/platform/virtual learning systems, and troubleshoot issues with root cause analysis.
  • •Develop LMS reports and support project delivery through SIT/UAT/production deployments and data migration validation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System experience in implementations, configurations, enhancements, and support.
  • •Hands-on experience with learning administration, curricula management, assignments, learning programs, and content integration.
  • •Experience configuring and supporting compliance/certification and global learning programs.
  • •Experience with integrations involving Employee Central, virtual learning systems, LMS connectors, and data migration/validation.
  • •Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
