Key Responsibilities

  • •Help shape the technical direction of the developer platform, including CI/CD, build systems, and AI agents used daily by engineers.
  • •Design and build AI agents that automate coding, code review, test generation, release automation, and incident response.
  • •Scale developer tooling as the engineering org grows while maintaining reliability and developer experience.
  • •Standardize tools and practices so improvements spread across teams instead of being reinvented.
  • •Raise the technical bar through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship; partner with engineering leadership on key tradeoff decisions.

Key Requirements
