Job Summary

Develop and deliver technical training for external clients and new or existing helpdesk staff, partnering with client and functional teams to identify course content needs. Create and update curricula and training materials (e-learning, virtual, blended, and classroom), including diagrams and graphical resources. Coach participants through training plans, evaluate effectiveness, maintain training records, and stay current on IT support and industry best practices.

•Design, edit, and deliver e-learning, virtual, blended, and classroom curriculum.
•Revise and maintain curricula and training materials to meet current learning needs.
•Conceptualize and create graphical images, flow charts, and diagrams to support training content.
•Deliver course materials and training programs within business-driven timelines.
•Assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide coaching and feedback; maintain training records.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
•3+ years designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a helpdesk or technical support environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational and project management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
