Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Drive luxury retail sales by building client relationships, cross-selling and upselling, and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach and follow brand style and service standards as a brand ambassador.
•Build and maintain client relationships using personalized styling and product expertise to provide fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and support inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media/video skills, including live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
