Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and develop the TSI opportunity pipeline, and provide technical consultancy.
  • •Define solution strategies and prepare/review proposals, estimates, and technical submissions; support customer engagements through contract award.
  • •Manage end-to-end engineering scope for telecommunications and security packages, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, detailed design, equipment selection, and procurement support.
  • •Lead technical execution through configuration, factory acceptance testing (FAT), installation supervision, site acceptance testing (SAT), training, start-up, commissioning, and final technical handover.
  • •Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual obligations, quality expectations, codes/standards, cybersecurity requirements, schedule, cost targets, and manage technical risks, interfaces, changes, and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 10 years of experience in telecommunications systems integration (TSI).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of TSI solution technologies, including access control, CCTV/security/process video, PAGA, intrusion detection, and structured cabling.
  • •Ability to design and integrate resilient LAN/WAN TCP/IP network infrastructure and telephony/hotline/collaboration systems.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages beneficial.
