  • •Ability to manage manufacturing operational activities for multiple product lines and ensure performance meets regional and global requirements.
  • •Experience with process improvement initiatives, including design and implementation of improvements.
  • •Ability to lead and develop people, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and coaching, with annual performance planning.
