Key Responsibilities

•Oversee manufacturing operational activities for multiple product lines to meet regional and global requirements.
•Manage a team of exempt individual contributors supporting a regional/global business unit.
•Consult with business leaders to guide strategic decision-making within a limited scope.
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and design/implement solutions.
•Collaborate with internal/external parties (procurement, supply chain) to maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
•Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
•Experience in production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization; ability to lead and develop manufacturing personnel (hiring, training, evaluations).
•Preferred PMP Certification; Certified Professional in Supply Management (Standards Organizations) or equivalent.
•Strong knowledge of automation, data analysis, KPIs, process improvement, procurement, supply chain management, and warehousing.
