•Own and drive end-to-end implementation of recruiting process and operational programs, with focus on compliance-related initiatives and scalable solutions.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employment Legal, Systems, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable workflows.
•Lead operational readiness for new process rollouts, including governance, documentation, communications, and change management.
•Identify recurring operational pain points and escalations, driving durable improvements via process changes, automation, or workflow enhancements.
•Monitor operational health signals and recurring themes to surface risks and improve workflow usability, reliability, and scalability.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, program/process management, or related roles.
•Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and operational dependencies across the hiring lifecycle.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
•Strong stakeholder management, communication, and operational problem-solving skills.
•Familiarity with compliance frameworks or hiring-related regulatory requirements across countries (preferred).
