Cost Manager

Support Project Managers with end-to-end cost control across a portfolio of projects. You’ll monitor and review budgets, advise on value engineering and cost optimization, manage variations and change orders, and oversee invoices, interim payment certificates, and final account settlement. Partner with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients, attend cost meetings, and produce monthly cost reports. You may also contribute to bids with pricing and cost management fee inputs.
