Job Summary

Support WPP’s Treasury team with daily cash operations and accurate financial information. You will reconcile daily bank transactions, provide cash collection reporting, post accounting entries using balance sheet and P&L accounts, and upload payment proposals for approval. Prepare weekly cash reports and manage large volumes of financial data in Excel. Collaborate with local Finance and Accounting teams and international stakeholders, including headquarters, in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Extract and analyze daily bank transactions to reconcile assigned accounts.
•Provide daily reporting of cash collections received.
•Post accounting entries for outstanding items using balance sheet, P&L, and customer/vendor accounts.
•Upload payment proposals into banking platforms for approval by authorized signatories.
•Prepare the weekly Cash Report and manage financial data volumes using Excel.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and formulas.
•High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality.
•Proactive mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
