Senior Director of Product, Engagement

Lead the Engagement tribe to drive HelloFresh’s growth engine across daily discovery and cooking experience, loyalty, and referrals. Own multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap; set prioritization frameworks; and deliver measurable outcomes across active users, habit formation, retention, and conversions. Partner closely with engineering/design, collaborate with marketing and CRM, manage a team of Directors and Associate Directors, and standardize an experiment-first, AI-enabled product practice.
