Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage, coach, develop, and support the studio team to achieve test drive, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • •Lead customer experience on the studio floor by prioritizing best-in-class service, following up on leads, and acting as a senior studio associate for high-potential customers.
  • •Set individual goals, timelines, and target lists for studio associates; track results and build pipeline to reach studio goals.
  • •Own studio operations to ensure a frictionless customer journey from reservation through delivery, including merchandising inventory, scheduling, and showroom presentation.
  • •Analyze business data to determine optimal business strategies and coordinate with Retail Operations, vendors, and service providers as needed.
