Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading impactful engineering teams, including leading teams of 8+.
  • •Hands-on backend experience with Java (Spring) and comfort reviewing/contributing to backend service code.
  • •Experience building or operating double-entry ledger or core accounting/financial systems (journals, debits/credits, chart of accounts, balance derivation, reversals).
  • •Track record with correctness-critical, high-throughput transactional systems, including idempotency, concurrency control, and balance-integrity guarantees.
  • •Experience partnering on revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, GL mapping, reconciliation, and ERP integration (e.g., Oracle).
