Key Responsibilities

•Translate manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements into materials strategies for bills of materials risk mitigation, inventory optimization, streamlined supply chain management, and total cost to business.
•Coordinate materials acquisition for NPI programs/projects and ramp readiness for transition to high-volume manufacturing.
•Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and cycle time performance, resolve material escalations, close Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes, support new site startup, and handle liability settlements.
•Partner cross-functionally across project/program management, engineering, supply chain, commodity professionals/purchasing, and manufacturing to define demand, influence component selections, and drive planning/procurement at product and platform levels.
•Ensure bills of materials integrity and meet materials availability, cost, and quality goals; provide status updates and contingency plans, and use data analysis to improve complex processes and tools.

Salary: USD 76,780 - 152,460 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or BS degree in supply chain, business, or associated field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience, or 6+ years equivalent experience in place of a BS degree.
•2+ years of experience using business intelligence tools, along with data modeling and transformation.
•2+ years managing complex supplier relationships and driving operational strategies.
•Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
•Experience applying AI and advanced analytics to solve problems and optimize processes.
