Key Responsibilities

  • •Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment according to established sanitation procedures and standards.
  • •Identify and report equipment abnormalities, performance concerns, and sanitation issues.
  • •Analyze equipment performance and create detailed SAP work orders; complete and close SAP work orders daily.
  • •Maintain production and sanitation areas in accordance with established sanitation standards and 5S practices.
  • •Follow SQF, HACCP, CTS, SOP, and all food safety, quality, safety, and hygiene requirements; attend safety meetings and comply with plant safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2 years of related industrial, sanitation, manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment cleaning experience (or equivalent combination).

  • •Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification/licensing and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and written work instructions.
