Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve MCP servers, tools, and skills that expose the platform to multiple LLMs.
  • •Design and refine graph-RAG pipelines to transform documents into agent-friendly fact/entity/relationship representations.
  • •Implement tiered retrieval across source documents, vector-RAG, and dense graph approaches, including temporal replay.
  • •Partner with QA to drive eval-driven improvements in answer quality and factual grounding.
  • •Write and maintain clean, well-tested production code, participate in code reviews, and monitor/iterate on deployed agents/models.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of software engineering, including 2+ years building AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
  • •Strong Python skills with hands-on experience developing LLM applications and agentic patterns.
  • •Direct experience building MCP servers, tools, and skills.
  • •Experience with RAG and graph-RAG systems, including vector databases/embeddings and graph data stores such as Neo4j or Postgres/Supabase-based implementations.
