Manage daily export consignments for freight forwarding automation, ensuring timely, smooth operations. Monitor email and communications with internal teams and external customers, providing shipment status updates and guidance on required import/export documentation. Handle accurate billing based on client price agreements, perform data entry in the Cargorunner platform, and coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers for missing/damaged shipments and claims. Maintain procedures and KPIs to drive operational efficiency.
