  • •Review title commitments, exception documents, ownership records, surveys, and deeds to identify risks and ownership-related issues.
  • •Develop and manage title-curative plans and coordinate resolution with title companies, outside counsel, landowners, surveyors, brokers, consultants, and governmental entities.
