Key Responsibilities

  • •Hold responsibility for the supply chain function within the Project Management Team.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project requirements, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • •Lead procurement strategy and incorporate/negotiates contract requirements and project flow-down conditions to minimize exposure.
  • •Develop and execute a project procurement plan covering purchasing, expediting, logistics, communications, and project goals.
  • •Maintain auditable procurement files, manage procurement packages (budgets/costs, change orders), resolve disputes/claims, and provide timely status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or relevant discipline) or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 6 years of relevant experience
  • •6-10 years of relevant procurement/supply chain experience
  • •Professional Procurement qualification preferred
  • •Independently manage work priorities and a high volume of procurement packages within tight timelines and across multiple projects
  • •Work with minimal guidance, apply knowledge to standard and nonstandard situations, and improve solutions using best practices
