Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end configuration and continuous improvement of the partner portal and partner-facing processes.
  • •Own teaming, deal registration (workflows, SLAs, conflict resolution, audit trail integrity), and partner lead flow processes.
  • •Own MDF administration processes, including tracking, approvals, and reconciliation.
  • •Identify friction in the partner transactional experience and maintain a rolling automation/AI roadmap prioritized by partner and business impact.
  • •Define partner portal/PRM vendor and IT requirements and partner with IT on UAT and release validation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Operations, owning partner-facing systems or processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with PRM/partner portal platforms (Channelscaler preferred), deal registration workflows, and MDF administration tools.
  • •Experience identifying and resolving process friction using qualitative and quantitative process data.
  • •Ability to write clear requirements for IT/development teams and participate in UAT and release validation.
