Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-performing, multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet customer needs.
  • •Define engineering delivery strategy and resource profile to ensure project delivery.
  • •Define organisation and work breakdown with the Programme Manager to deliver to customer needs, including work packages, budgets, risks, assumptions, and timescales.
  • •Manage end-to-end cost, schedule, and quality for the engineering delivery, and plan/prioritise activities against contract requirements.
  • •Day-to-day management of engineering team activities, including proactive management and reporting of issues, opportunities, and risks; manage engineering efficiency and identify re-use opportunities; act as people manager for the engineering team.

  • •Strong background in engineering with experience defining and leading delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects.

  • •Highly customer focused with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple parallel objectives in a fast-moving environment.
