Job Summary

Lead and scale Sonar’s globally distributed recruiting function, partnering with hub stakeholders to align hiring strategy with local market realities. Own requisition administration and recruiting budgets in close collaboration with FP&A, modernize recruiting processes and recruiting technology (ATS, sourcing, assessment platforms), and drive continuous improvement through metrics. Oversee full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and B2B SaaS GTM roles while ensuring compliance and a consistent candidate experience worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a globally distributed recruiting team while personally owning a requisition load and leading searches.
•Partner with stakeholders across hubs to ensure hiring strategy matches local market and business-unit realities.
•Own requisition administration and recruiting budgets, partnering with FP&A on headcount planning, budget tracking, and forecasting.
•Redesign and modernize recruiting processes and infrastructure using newer technologies to improve how the TA function sources, assesses, and closes talent.
•Ensure compliance with local employment and hiring regulations across global hub locations while delivering a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through offer and onboarding.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of recruiting experience, including running a high-performing team and directly owning a requisition load.
•Deep experience across technical and non-technical recruiting, including engineering hiring and building GTM talent teams in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
•Hands-on experience redesigning recruiting processes with newer technologies, including leading the redesign itself (not just adding tools).
•Strong recruiting operations background, including rebuilding processes as a scalable foundation for talent acquisition.
•Experience managing requisition administration and recruiting budgets, partnering with FP&A on headcount planning and forecasting.
