Job Summary

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver an excellent in-store customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility, supervise daily operations, coach the team, support recruiting and onboarding, and ensure policy compliance, visual standards, and inventory accuracy.

•Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences aligned with brand values.
•Support the Store Manager to drive profitability by managing expenses, controlling shrink, and managing KPIs.
•Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, and provide ongoing training, feedback, and development.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 31.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
•Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
•Comfort with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
