Key Requirements

  • •Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • •6 to 10 years of experience, including retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
  • •Well-versed in ASHRAE, CIBSE, and NFPA standards and regulations.
  • •Experience delivering HVAC design across commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects from different geographies (USA, Canada, ANZ).
  • •Proficient with HVAC design software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP, and energy modeling tools like eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE; PE license preferred.
