Job Summary

Advise and manage international customers on income insurance, collective care contracts, and accident insurance solutions. Coordinate complex cross-border questions (e.g., mergers or new contract requests), spot commercial opportunities, and proactively respond to client needs. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with offices across the Netherlands and collaborate with a Senior Client Manager and colleagues using Aon’s Global Client Network and digital tools, in English and Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise and manage income insurance, collective care contracts, and accident insurance.
•Align international processes and solutions for complex client questions such as mergers or new contract requests.
•Identify commercial opportunities and proactively respond to client needs.
•Serve as the point of contact for international clients and help protect their employees worldwide.
•Work with teams and clients in 120+ countries using Aon’s Global Client Network and digital tools.

Salary: EUR 4,200 - 4,900 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years’ experience in the healthcare and income insurance industry.
•Experience in B2B and managing your own client portfolio.
•Wft Basis, Schade Zakelijk and Inkomen certificates (required).
•Excellent command of Dutch and English.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to understand client needs.
