Job Summary

Be the on-camera face of Fuse’s always-on short-form social content for Instagram and TikTok. You’ll originate ideas and hooks, shoot and edit videos quickly, and collaborate with the creative team to turn concepts into carousels and compelling formats. You’ll also manage comments and DMs, build a growing audience as one of Fuse’s first creator faces, and help shape an in-house creative function from day one.

•Be a face on camera, bringing the idea and hook first
•Shoot and edit your own short-form content where possible, using the creative team when needed
•Find references and generate ideas, then brief videographers and editors on direction
•Plan carousels and write clear briefs for graphic designers
•Moderate and engage with the audience via comments and DMs
