Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the on-site primary point of contact and bridge between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
  • •Support the project lifecycle from pre-planning through final turnover, including reviewing site data, ROM budget assumptions, and sub-consultant proposals.
  • •Assist with permitting applications and coordinating topline schedules.
  • •Conduct regular hands-on site presence, including weekly site walks to document progress and verify work against schedules.
  • •Proactively identify delays and maintain risk/punch lists; coordinate vendor access and logistics and manage relationships with inspectors/AHJs to hit milestones; deliver progress reports and maintain organized documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,300 weekly

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • •Comfort reading construction drawings and schedules, with project management software proficiency (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet preferred).
  • •Deep familiarity with permitting and inspection processes, including navigation of local/regional jurisdiction differences.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with contractors, designers, and executive stakeholders across time zones.
  • •Ability to work independently on an active construction site and stay calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
