  • •Collaborate with Dojo Leads and the Director to plan, prioritize, and confirm Dojo engagements.
  • •Communicate Dojo offerings and services to teams and explain how they support team success.
  • •Maintain transparent, frequent stakeholder communication on scheduling, constraints, challenges, and successes.
  • •Schedule and coordinate engagements and meetings based on coach capacity and team priorities.
  • •Continuously improve the Dojo experience by refining processes, templates, ceremonies, and ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • •3 years coordinating and organizing events while working closely with product teams.

  • •Familiarity with internal operations or event planning and marketing.
  • •Good understanding of technology operations.
