Key Responsibilities

  • •Own your team’s outcomes end to end, from problem definition and technical design through launch and measured impact on patient access, provider growth, or operational efficiency.
  • •Stay hands-on by writing and reviewing production code and leading architecture decisions, taking the hardest or most ambiguous problems when it’s the fastest path forward.
  • •Hire, source, and onboard engineers, and set and uphold the bar for team performance.
  • •Grow and mentor engineers by setting clear expectations, providing direct feedback, and improving delivery and team health.
  • •Collaborate directly with providers, biopharma partners, and the operations team to internalize user needs and build effective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years building software with a track record of shipping products used by real people.
  • •2+ years leading engineers with ownership of delivery and team health, on top of a strong IC background.
  • •Built and operated both backend systems and the interfaces on top of them; able to make credible calls across the full stack.
  • •A real hiring track record: you recruited strong engineers and influenced them to join because you were selling the role.
  • •Ability to take an ambiguous business problem, structure it, and deliver a shipped solution with minimal guidance.
