Job Summary

Own end-to-end mobile app deployments in the Firstup platform, from kickoff through go-live. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Mobile Engineering to scope requirements, lead deployment planning with customer IT, and guide customers through supported deployment models. Configure builds in Firstup’s Starship system, manage iOS and Android submission workflows (App Store Connect and Google Play Console), coordinate recurring releases, and resolve store review rejections.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to scope mobile deployment requirements and determine the appropriate delivery path.
•Lead deployment planning conversations with customer IT and project teams and recommend supported deployment models.
•Configure customer app builds in Firstup’s Starship system, including branding, environments, bundle identifiers, entitlements, and distribution settings.
•Manage iOS certificate and provisioning profile lifecycle and own iOS submissions through App Store Connect.
•Own Android submissions through Google Play Console, coordinate recurring custom app releases, and manage store review rejections.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Apple App Store Connect, including certificates, provisioning profiles, TestFlight, submissions, and rejection management.
•Hands-on experience with Google Play Console, including release management, Play Store listings, Data Safety, Content Rating, and policy compliance.
•Familiarity with enterprise mobile distribution models, including Apple Business Manager and Managed Google Play.
•Strong technical configuration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
