Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Training & Competency (T&C) delivery for HSBC Life, including coordinating annual competency assessments, conducting competency reviews, verifying educational qualifications, and managing mandatory training and CPD requirements. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Training & Competency (T&C) delivery, including coordinating annual competency assessments, conducting regular competency reviews, and verifying educational qualifications.
•Manage mandatory training and CPD requirements, ensuring alignment with relevant rules and regulations, and conduct training related to T&C and Supervisory responsibilities.
•Review and update Rules & Regulations and Ethics modules for core CPD modules accreditation.
•Respond to queries raised by stakeholders including audit, compliance, risk, and regulators.
•Partner with key stakeholders to identify and close performance or conduct gaps; manage sales advisory standards (sales manual updates) and compile reporting data.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated Training & Competency experience within the financial planning sector, supported by relevant industry certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8, M8A).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
•Well-developed interpersonal skills to build productive working relationships with stakeholders.
•Ability to manage mandatory training and CPD requirements aligned with relevant rules and regulations.
•Experience reviewing and updating Rules & Regulations and Ethics modules for CPD accreditation.
