Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate engineering work into high-quality narratives for engineering communities, conferences, and recruiting across global tech spaces.
  • •Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs and R&D teams to describe what is being built in a language engineers understand.
  • •Proactively identify compelling engineering stories and pursue them to raise the profile of Moniepoint’s technical initiatives.
  • •Contribute to maintaining credibility of technical content across engineering communities worldwide; engage with audiences at scale.
  • •Manage multiple writing projects and deadlines independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in software engineering or computer science with professional coding experience.
  • •Experience in a fintech, infrastructure, or high-scale engineering environment.
  • •Exceptional writing skills: clarity, precision, and the ability to make complex ideas compelling without oversimplifying them.
  • •The instinct to find stories; you spot what’s interesting and pursue it independently.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fully remote environment.
