Job Summary

Lead the Tij2x Gen 3 IPH print head product engineering work to ensure quality manufacturing outputs. Own end-of-line gates and factory/post-factory reliability performance, qualifying new materials and process changes with partners. Design test plans and experiments, characterize reliability and performance with the test center, and use data to make risk decisions. Drive product and manufacturing process improvements with Industry 4.0 elements, support NPI launches, and ensure EHS and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team to ensure quality manufacturing outputs for the IPH Gen 3 print head.
•Qualify new materials and process changes, and lead reliability testing and characterization with partners and the test center.
•Design test plans and run design-of-experiment activities to evaluate product margins and performance.
•Own test and qualification plans for new lines supporting NPI program launches and new line setup.
•Lead investigations for root cause, communicate insights across functions, and drive product and manufacturing improvements with Industry 4.0 elements while ensuring EHS and quality compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Electronics, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong people management and collaboration skills to lead a diverse team.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Strong communication skills, able to present findings to internal stakeholders.
•Good understanding of TIJ technologies and common failure modes, including autopsy and sample preparations.
