•Define and drive initiative-level design strategies across desktop and mobile web, accounting for platform tradeoffs, technical constraints, and performance needs.
•Navigate evolving architecture and responsive systems to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear opportunities tied to user insights and business goals.
•Coach and support designers through complex initiatives and platform migrations, building a high-trust environment with quality and accessibility expectations.
•Partner with Brand and Design Systems to ensure web components are accessible, performant, and scalable across the buyer lifecycle.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research leadership and use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve buyer confidence, conversion, engagement, and marketplace performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 266,000

•Strong systems thinking with deep expertise in responsive web UX and platform-specific constraints.

•Experience mentoring and developing designers, including setting clear performance expectations.
•Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and scalable design systems in web environments.
