Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver health assessments as part of service delivery for customers.
  • •Maintain accurate client records and support the end-to-end assessment process.
  • •Promote and encourage healthier lifestyles in line with Bupa clinical policies.
  • •Carry out clinical testing including body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, gas analysis, diabetes blood test markers, blood pressure measurement, cholesterol profiling, anaemia blood test markers, electrocardiograms, audiometry, and functional movement screening.
  • •Create individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing and conduct post-assessment calls to reinforce positive change.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level (or equivalent) in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition.
  • •Customer-facing experience.

  • •Ability to build rapport and tailor your approach, with empathy to motivate customers toward behaviour change.
