Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the growth engine: demand gen, content/SEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle.
•Design and run experiments to drive qualified inbound and improve conversion across the funnel.
•Use Karumi's own demo agent as a growth channel and a flagship example of the product.
•Own the analytics: define metrics, instrument the funnel, and report on what's working.
•Partner with the founders and the AE on messaging, positioning, and pipeline targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

•5+ years in growth, or an early growth hire at a Series A/B startup.
