Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the overall Tapestry US GAAP monthly closing processes in S4 SAP systems.
  • •Generate closing-related deliverables and reports.
  • •Perform inter-company charge backs, matching/reconciling inter-company balances, and settle inter-company balances in cash on a gross or net basis.
  • •Prepare balance reconciliation files in Blackline systems and process month-end journal entries (including SG&A accruals).
  • •Support compliance with internal SOX controls and provide local statutory audit support; assist with SEA tax return filings and inventory and payroll accounting closing tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
  • •At least 3-5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance at a multinational company or professional accounting firm.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • •Knowledge of S4 SAP general accounting and direct & indirect tax (plus).
  • •Prior experience with a Big Four accounting firm (advantage).
