Key Responsibilities

•Set short- and mid-term operational plans for the Monitoring & Development division and align with management objectives.
•Define and implement an integrated governance framework for case management to ensure clarity of roles, reduce duplication, and improve data quality and reporting.
•Prepare and monitor the division's annual budget and ensure appropriate use of resources in line with financial policies.
•Lead and develop staff, set objectives, review performance, and identify training needs to achieve department goals.
•Collaborate with digital transformation and future technologies to enhance system capabilities and user experience, and produce analytical reports to support decision-making at the senior level.
