Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and optimize financial platforms including Coupa and Sage Intacct to ensure system stability, data integrity, and performance
  • •Managing Procure-to-Pay workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and accounts payable processes
  • •Supporting Order-to-Cash operations including invoicing automation, accounts receivable workflows, and revenue recognition configurations
  • •Partnering with Finance and Sales Operations teams to troubleshoot billing, collections, and system integration issues
  • •Managing finance-related service desk queues and ensuring requests are resolved in line with team SLAs

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Financial Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting financial platforms
