Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct preventive maintenance for medical devices according to manufacturer requirements and PM processes.
  • •Install and perform technical modifications (FCOs) on medical devices according to field change order instructions, on-site and remotely.
  • •Perform corrective maintenance/repairs, including guided remote support as needed.
  • •Provide technical onboarding for commissioning (“ready for patient use”).
  • •Document all activities and create technical reports per Philips quality criteria, including reporting safety-relevant deficiencies/risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed technical training or technical school in medical technology, electrical engineering, information/networking, or a similar field.
  • •Several years of professional experience, ideally in field service/external service.
  • •Specialized further training (e.g., IT or medical technology).
  • •Knowledge of the medical-technical field and basic medical knowledge.
  • •Good communication (internal/external) and very good German plus good English proficiency.
