Senior Payroll Specialist

Manage AVEVA’s outsourced payroll provider for accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for employees in Australia, serving as the primary liaison across People Partner, Finance, and the payroll vendor. Validate payroll inputs and outputs, coordinate reconciliations and reporting, ensure statutory filings are completed on time, and monitor legislative changes and audits. Support payroll activities across APAC (as needed), including payroll tax, EOFY processes, and employee payroll inquiries.
