Key Responsibilities

•Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
•Set stops or guides to specific lengths using scale, rule, or templates.
•Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction.
•Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance and ensure quality requirements are met.
•Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain housekeeping in the assigned area.

Key Requirements

•Operate machines safely while following all safety rules and procedures to produce a superior product.
•Must have machine operator experience and mechanical skills.

•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Experience working with Microsoft Office and maintaining a high level of accuracy in work assignments.
