Search Operation Specialist- Global E-Commerce Growth

Work with the Search Operations team to assess and improve search quality across goods, videos, hashtags, and user results. You’ll run regular and daily quality evaluations using standard documents and side-by-side methods, classify user search needs, and rate results against policies. Provide ideal search result recommendations and feedback to support policy improvements, while occasionally supporting related projects outside your core focus.
