Key Responsibilities

•Own a product area end-to-end, defining success metrics and KPIs and ensuring measurable outcomes.
•Lead product decision-making based on customer research and direct engagement with users.
•Establish hypotheses for initiatives and choose what to build, kill, or deprioritise using data and product intuition.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, and data to deliver features only insofar as they drive outcomes.
•Work with marketing, sales, operations, and compliance to solve conversion, churn, and end-to-end customer success problems.
