Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Facilitation and Administration Service Team within the OMNIA Training Organisation.
  • •Oversee planning, development, and implementation of tailored exercise support solutions for collective training events.
  • •Ensure processes supporting design and delivery of collective training are in place and updated to reflect changes in the Force Preparation Schedule.
  • •Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance standards across the transformation lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and providers, report progress/risks/outcomes, and build/lead a cross-functional team.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing Collective Training Exercise Support Solutions for the British Army training.
  • •Strong background in Log IS and technical support solutions.
  • •Deep understanding of management methodologies and best practices.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • •Experience in programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
