•Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to continuously refine, groom, and prioritize the backlog.
•Plan and drive sprint execution with clearly defined goals, using project planning tools to establish timelines, delivery milestones, and surface dependencies early.
•Champion engineering processes and rituals that enable strong collaboration, accountability, and team efficiency.

•Minimum 3 years of proven engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams
•Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery
