Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the product portfolio spanning HR & Payroll, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, and core ERP modules, ensuring consistent architecture and UX, scalability, integrations, and alignment with cloud platform capabilities.
  • •Translate product strategy into roadmaps and prioritize initiatives using business value, customer needs, regulatory/legal requirements, and cloud constraints (SLA, scalability, operating costs).
  • •Lead and grow Product Management practices by developing teams of Product Managers and Product Owners and applying Product Discovery, Product Delivery, and Agile methods.
  • •Partner with CTO, Engineering, and Cloud Operations/DevOps to align roadmap execution with cloud infrastructure capabilities, deployment processes (CI/CD), and release management; co-own SaaS transformation decisions (including multi-tenancy), scalability, availability, monitoring, and observability.
  • •Drive customer and market understanding for HR/payroll users and finance/logistics stakeholders, use feedback to improve products, and ensure compliance for HR/payroll, tax, and reporting requirements.

  • •At least 10 years of product management experience for HR/Payroll (ERP or SaaS solutions).
