Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead automation design for new/upgraded food production lines, including PLC/DCS, SCADA monitoring, robotics, and AGV logistics.
  • •Evaluate production pain points and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce human error, enhance food safety, and reduce costs.
  • •Implement automation projects across the full lifecycle (URS, FAT/SAT, commissioning, validation) and deliver on time, quality, and budget.
  • •Manage vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams for scope agreement, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and ongoing progress reporting.
  • •Support post-delivery monitoring and optimization (troubleshooting, training, preventive maintenance, and process improvements), including relocations and plant start-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or Food Engineering.
  • •6+ years in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • •Proven experience leading complete line automation projects (design through acceptance).
  • •Proficient in programming/configuring major PLC platforms (Siemens, Rockwell).
  • •Familiarity with food industry regulations (e.g., BRC, IFS, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) and comfort in food plant environments.
