Also provide line management, coaching, and capability building for junior team members.

•Lead the technical delivery of architectural design solutions across all project stages.
•Establish and manage the technical design delivery strategy, programme, and outputs with project leadership.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver coherent and compliant design information, maintaining design quality and technical accuracy.
•Identify design risks/issues and lead mitigation strategies for robust solutions.
•Lead project teams and provide line management, coaching, and technical guidance to junior members.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Architect (Chartered preferred).
•12+ years experience in the architectural/construction industry.
•Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
•Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
•Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other BIM tools.
