CD-SEM(VeritySEM) Process Support Engineer

Provide high-visibility customer support by installing, diagnosing, and repairing complex CD-SEM (VeritySEM) systems. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes and run hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs). Analyze experimental data using statistics, compile technical reports, and perform root-cause analyses to resolve challenging process and customer product issues while communicating with internal stakeholders to build trust.
