Key Responsibilities

•Manage HR IT projects to deliver on time and within budget and scope using agile methodology.
•Evaluate and implement assigned change requests according to users’ requirements.
•Ensure procedures and controls introduced by IT, Internal Audit, and Information Security are adhered to.
•Address user queries and issues related to HR systems and processes.
•Identify and implement system enhancements and plan yearly system activities across the SIA group.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology.
•At least 3 years of working experience in IT-related fields.
•SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience is an added advantage.
•Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•Proven project management skills with meticulous communication and interpersonal abilities.
